PROSPERO will provide ethics and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle, with continuous monitoring to detect and mitigate inequalities, biases, and compliance risks.

All partners have Gender Equality Plans. The project will promote inclusive engagement, gender-sensitive data collection, and participation from women entrepreneurs, innovators, and researchers.
Potential gender bias in AI and ML technologies will be analysed, especially where bias may originate from training data or data governance processes.
Publications, supporting material, datasets, software, models, algorithms, and workflows will be made accessible through trusted repositories such as Zenodo and OpenAIRE where appropriate.
Ethics and quality management are embedded in WP1 through Task 1.3, led by UC3M with TID and NEC. This task prepares templates and drafting guidelines, oversees ethical compliance, and monitors risks and countermeasures during project execution.
PROSPERO will also establish synergies with existing 6G-IA initiatives, especially the Women in Telecom and Research Working Group, to contribute to a more gender-inclusive and diverse 6G research and innovation community.
